I love it here. I’m renting now but am very interested in buying. Looking for a 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom. Preferably with washer and dryer located anywhere but the kitchen. Update. After finding out the unit I was getting ready to close on did NOT have 2 covered parking spots as advertised. Worst of all I found out the HOA is a total disaster. They don’t have meetings and most of the units are rentals. Just say NO. Looks far better than it is. I then tried to purchase a unit across chimney rock in the gardens circa 1962. I could not close my convention loan as they are under insured.
