Love the pool area and seating available for this outdoor area! They have carts available on the first floor for those large shopping trips, definitely go with an inside apartment nothing with a highway view simply because traffic is very busy and loud. Lots of things to do within walking distance and the staff are usually quick to answer any questions you have during business hours
I previously lived at the Heron Downtown while in college. Chelsea she works in the front office she was great to work with always always always. Maintenance there? Never really an issue for me, everything gotten resolved in a timely manner. I honestly loved it here because it was a fob accessible building as well so honestly don’t believe everything you read online
