I've asked and filled out paperwork numerous times to get a charge taken off and it continually shows up month after month. If you call them you will get an automated response.
I thought long and hard before posting this because you want to give people grace and be compassionate. But as I look at these photos again, and thought about my sons experience with his first apartment away from home at school… And then heard stories of the other parents that were experiencing the exact same thing in real time… And then listen to the excuses and insulting after minimal effort, I had to post this. That said I don’t need to even go into more detail there. But arriving on his first day, this is what he walked into.
10/10 Staff is amazing and super friendly made me feel at home the whole time!!!
