I would seriously think twice before living at Redpoint Gainesville. I’ll start by saying the apartment itself was cozy for the price, and maintenance was usually very fast when I submitted a request. However, even that became uncomfortable at times because some maintenance workers would flirt with me and my roommates while inside our apartment, which felt inappropriate and honestly just made us uncomfortable. The biggest physical issue was the mold. I had mold in the carpet, underneath my mattress, and on the ceiling of my bathroom. This was not a small issue or something I noticed once.
