You want to live here! Great location and apartments are very nice. You're so close to all the benefits in the DTC.
RED PEAK SUCKS. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. If it wasn’t for my neighbors and our location I’d be outta here. Our pool is ALWAYS closed. They said they couldn’t get any pool chairs this year due to budget concerns…… flowers are all dead if they exist. Grass is NEVER mowed. The office is ran by some of the most unhelpful people in the industry. Mind you they’ve cut every single thing they could so not sure how they still don’t have any money? Baffling. Embarrassing. Shameful. Ridiculous.
