Toured today with Bibi & she was awesome. She answered every question I had with a smile and grace. She was informative & the property was in really good condition. Awesome tour with her.
No prorates if move early 6 month lease agreement turned into 7 months New management not willing to work with you
Buildings are full of roaches. Management doesn't do anything about it except put you down to be pest control sprayed when you request them to. They don't do routine pest control sprays. Multiple buildings have roach infestations and have had them for over a year. They have tenants leave reviews for credits and people leave reviews that haven't even signed a lease either. Stay far away, especially if you have an allergy to cockroaches.
