Apartments and common areas need updating and better maintenance. Hallway carpets need a constant cleaning or replacement. Outside area is going downhill and needs to be maintained better as well… flowers etc need to be added. New cement outside was completed very sloppily and looks terrible. An overhaul needs to take place as the complex is looking more like a dormitory.
The location is good and safe.
